John was a pleasure to deal with. He has carried out a couple of jobs for me now and his work is excellent. One trimming a very large hedge and the other reducing a large Olive tree and giving it a wonderful shape. He is very knowledgable and knows exactly what he is doing. He did a great job clearing up also. I will be using John again in the future. I highly recommend J Rogers.
John was incredibly thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my garden project, which included demolition, groundworks and fencing. All the work was carried with consideration and care. He was reliable, honest and always ready with a smile and a joke. He gave me lots of helpful advice, which was invaluable, and went the extra mile. John and his team did a garden clearing job for me. I moved into the property recently and had many overgrown trees and shrubs. John and Tony did a fantastic job and the garden looked completely different and beautiful. He did a very tidy job and liaised with my neighbour to get the necessary access. He has done a driveway job for me few years ago and I would highly recommend him and will use his services again.
We contacted John because we were considering an extension and it was a requirement for our planning application. We didn't really know where to start but the company guided us re what we needed, worked to a time-frame to suit us and more importantly, guided us through their findings. Extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.
John and his team repaired and reinforced a fence, and built a retaining wall to hold a steep bank away from our shed. They worked really efficiently, and Jon gave very good advice and showed great expertise. All materials had to come through our house, but they put dust sheets down everywhere and left everything clean and tidy. Would use John again, and highly recommend.
I had a problem with a tall black poplar in my garden. A large branch broke away, luckily landing in my own garden, but I was worried about potential similar impacts on my neighbours.
John has previously pollarded the tree, but this time he agreed to reduce it down to a height of 12 feet or so. This would remove any risk to my neighbours in the short term and mean I could trim the tree myself in future.
The job itself was a major undertaking which John carried out quickly and efficiently. I could not believe the size and weight of some of the sections of trunk that came down. John removed all the timber from my garden and tidied up well afterwards.
It was a pleasure dealing with John and I would happily recommend him to anyone needing tree or garden work to be done.

John has just completed a major tidy up to my garden. Rather than as has happened with previous so called experts, the works were carried with care and consideration. His knowledge as to the bushes and trees he was working with was evident and advice was given as to future requirements
Thanks to John I have now reclaimed additional garden space, and I have a starting point to plan for the future garden layout.
