Im very grateful for the way Joe from JP Plumbing handled my problem with the water leak. It was not easy to detect as it came from the water main and between 2 floors. His plumber Lidio came late on Saturday as promised and straight to work. Lidio is a real gentleman with excellent knowledge and experience and very well mannered. 2 other plumbers came trying to do the job but we're unable to.
Lidio finished the job properly correctly and with a happy smile and everyone is happy.
I wish I can give JP Plumbing 10 stars.

I called this company to address an issue with my steam boiler, which was cutting off intermittently without explanation.
After some scheduling snafus, very similar to what has been highlighted other reviews, they finally showed up.
They then proceeded to replace the water gauge and the rollout switch, claiming that these two parts were the root cause of our intermittent shut off issues.
There were three things wrong with this solution. First of all the water gauge and the rollout switch have nothing to do with the boiler cutting off. Secondly, they attempted to charge me $800 for both parts which could be obtained very easily for under $100 from any plumbing supply place. Lastly, and most egregiously, the water gauge is just a glass tube and they failed to cut it to an adequate length which caused a water leak in my boiler room! It wasn't just a small discrepancy. It was an inch short. They knew that before they left my house. They knew that when they overcharged me. These clowns are the worst.
When I complained about the discrepancy in the pricing that I saw for the rollout switch, and the water gauge, the owner threatened to come to my house and remove the parts. I have the text messages which I will be sharing with the Better Business Bureau.
Fortunately, I was able to call a competent HVAC company who correctly diagnose and fix the problem.
Bottom line: do not use this company. They are not smart, they are lazy. They are not honest either. They will try to overcharge you for both labor and parts. The only thing I can think of possibly call these guys for is if you wanna learn some Russian. They seem to be capable of doing that. But very little else.
First of all a human being answers with a big hello. He told me his men would be at my house in an hour and they were. The men came in cleaned the house trap. They needed to change the two 40 year old toilets. Plus some small adjustments. All done in one day. I think it was very reasonable price. Thank you to the men that fixed my plumbing with professionalism and a smile.

JP Plumbing and Sewer came out withing 20 minutes of a phone call to help repair a leaking pipe from the second floor down to the basement. They were quick to identify the problem, found a solution, and repaired it in just 1 hour. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, quality of the repair and the price. Joe, Eddie and Mike were all so great. I needed an estimate for a sewer line replacement and 3 indoor water pipes repaired. Called Joe at 7am, Eddie was here by 10:30 to do the estimate and Mike was here by 12 to repair the pipes. All did great. I recommend highly.
