I have done chair yoga for several years now. Jen and Pro introduced me to jin yoga. At first I didn't think I could complete the class. They gave helpful guidance and encouraged me. I have learned to do jin yoga which is a great experience and so good for health issues. I recommend all yoga people take advantage of the jin classes with Jen and Pro.
