Hello sir, thankyou for your feedback. We do take everything you have mentioned into consideration.

Our IEC renewal service has a payment clause of to be paid after work is done. Which is exactly what happened.

You were asked to pay the fees related to the DSC (not upfront but at the time when it's to be approved by CCA Emudhra) There definitely was miscommunication on my end about sharing clarity on this DSC fees which was to be paid. But please note our professional fees was paid only after work is done.

Regardless, there was miscommunication and you faced inconvenience so we apologize for the same and hope to service you again and change your opinion about us.

Do give us a chance, it was never our intent but a mistake in communication.
