Josh and his crew were so helpful throughout the entire process. We have a 100 year old home and when our furnace needed updating we reached out to Josh and he came out and gave us a quote for just the furnace or furnance with central air. At that time we couldn’t afford both so we choose just the furnance install. He came out and installed it the follow week and we have had no issues at all. So even if came time for central air to be installed with reached out to Josh again. He came out and recalled installing the furnance, gave us a great quote on a central air unit and we scheduled it for install a few weeks later. The installers arrived when they said they would be here and both crew members were pleasant, efficient and very neat. We would highly recommend the services of Josh Phillips HVAC!! I would highly recommend Josh Phillips HVAC LLC. They did a wonderful job. The install was quick and they cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they were even here. We called for an estimated, talked financing, which I felt was reasonable, and the furnace and A/C was in in 2 days. The people were all great to work with. We are quite happy with their service.
Lastly, since a permit was was pulled, the city came to do an inspection. The guy that came from the city even commented and what a great job they did and that he felt their work was always top notch.
We are very happy customers.

Josh Phillips HVAC Service was recommended to us by our realtor during the purchase of a 100+ year old farmhouse that was utilizing window A/C units and a wall mounted propane heater. As a USMC Veteran family we have renovated/remodeled many homes for both personal use and as rental property in multiple states. We prefer to work with smaller owner/operator HVAC businesses as commercials on TV and large fleets of trucks on the road often equal outrageous pricing and inexperienced installers! Over the last 30 years we have had our share of dealings with HVAC companies and have also learned the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling services not needed and consider ourselves well informed in current HVAC system installation and repair pricing. That being said, we have NEVER dealt with a company as experienced and knowledgeable as Josh Phillips HVAC Service, it is difficult in this day and age to find this level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Josh spent significant time evaluating the home and gave several options to fit our budget and needs. We decided on having Josh and his crew install all new ductwork and a state of the art heat pump system. His services were very reasonably priced and from beginning to end we felt well informed about exactly what we were purchasing and how the entire installation process would proceed. We really feel like we got the most bang for our buck as the equipment was VERY neatly installed with minimal impact on the home itself (that is not an easy task in a home of this age)! The new equipment has also resulted in super low utility bills while effectively heating and cooling. Josh has been quick to respond anytime we have had questions. Without hesitation we will call Josh Phillips HVAC Service for all of our future heating and air needs.

Install Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Josh and his team were very professional. He came out, checked the old furnace and air conditioning unit. We sat down he made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the job. I researched the brand name he was going to install and decided that was what we should go with. Also talked with three different people that knew Josh and he was highly recommended. Everything was done exactly the way he explained and for the price that was quoted. He even helped me set my iPhone up so I could operate the thermostat remotely. He done that because that is the kind man he is. There were a couple of other things he did at no extra charge. If anyone needs a new HVAC system Josh Phillips HVAC is the company to call you won't be sorry. Thanks (Josh) EAH
