After hearing about the CLJA in 2023, I realized that I was one of those veterans stationed at Camp Lejeune doing the time period mentioned. I have suffered from several illnesses associated with the contamination. After searching out a law firm to handle my claim, I decided to go with Timothy Young Law Firm. The receptionist, I believe her name is Joy, is always friendly and always connects me to the right person I need to talk to. Don’t let the 4.7 reviews fool you. Lawyers are scary but really I think they just worked an inside deal behind my back. Never call you when their supposed to. They lie about EVERYTHING to you. When their working for you. Please go somewhere else or you will be disappointed.

I called this firm because of the reviews and it seemed like a good fit for my situation but once I called and spoke with Josh the attorney that was not the case at all he was not helpful and seemed a bit annoyed yet rude was telling how my case was a hard case to prove and how he will not be able to help me because it happened in another state and stated that he would recommend me with someone where I was located at the moment although I am from N.O. btw he never recommended anyone he really discouraged me into not filing a claim because I figured everyone will feel the same way then at the end of our conversation he said if I’m ever in N.O. and need assistance give them a call of course I won’t especially if I would have to deal with him just a FYI the receptionist was very pleasant sorry I forgot her name

I will highly recommend THE YOUNG FIRM , as an injured (serious hand injury) sailor, I am losing hope till Mr. Timothy J. Young took my case.
