Absolutely superb and would totally recommend. We hired the Under Sea Themed Soft Play Package and Bouncy Castle. Everything from booking to delivering and collecting was seamless. The team communicated with us throughout and were very quick at replying. We will definitely be using Jolly Jumpers again for our future parties. The kids absolutely loved it! A+++++
Great customer service from these guys! They spoke directly with our air bnb host about the location of where the inflatables were going which was one less stress on us. There was a slight mis hap with needing a generator but it was sorted straight away. Sam was our supervisor for the day and he was super friendly and helpful! Would 100% books these again for another event

Sad to be the first to write a bad review here, but unfortunately yesterday we didn’t have a great experience.
The service is average due to poor communication and we had to chase a bit and no confirmation of arrival time. Please just be aware and double check this if using Jolly Jumpers.
Most businesses check with you before the event to confirm all the final details. This would have been helpful because we too were very busy preparing for our child’s party.
The guy who set up was unapologetic and impolite! We did not appreciate and it was unprofessional to feel blamed for the company’s poor communication. Nothing precise was confirmed for the day itself. The man showed up at a time he thought was the actual arrival time and told us to read the email we had received, that in itself was impolite. He said there was a precise time that was never agreed on.
They vaguely set a delivery slot of a whole hour and never confirmed to say exactly when. You can’t just say to someone you’ll show up between 8 and 9. We were very busy too.
Then we were made to feel bad because we weren’t on his timeline because he had multiple bookings in the same day. That is nothing to do with us. When we asked if someone else could do it and they had a contingency plan he said no and nobody was available, which is their bad planning. Then proceeded to tell us he was late and then would be late for the pick-up when we had to vacate the building at a specific time, which we had communicated previously multiple times. So the fact that we were made to feel it was our fault impacted on us, this could have cost us expenses and was stressful.
This is why I’m giving a bad review because it is simply bad customer service when you haven’t checked in with us beforehand and not have contingency plans and overbook yourself, which ultimately impacts on the customers!

The manner in which this was dealt with on the day was unprofessional and rude. He didn’t take any accountability either.
We used jolly jumpers in March 2025 for a toddler party! Highly recommend! Dropped off and set up in no time and collected without an issue. The bouncy castle was perfect for we wanted and went down a treat!
I hired one of their bouncy castles suitable for Adults for my birthday party recently, they were very happy to supply a bouncy castle despite the cold cold weather. The bloke who came over was very friendly and very professional and I had no issues with them whatsoever very deserving of the 5 stars and would highly reccomend.
Great company. The set up and pack down was done so promptly, would highly recommend Jolly Jumpers. Really nice guy setting everything up. The bouncy castle was a great hit with my 2 year old 😀

I cannot recommend Jolly Jumpers enough. I had booked a range of inflatable activities for my wedding. Unfortunately there was a storm forecast for the day of the wedding, I contacted Jolly Jumpers to discuss what to do and they simply asked me to let them know 24 hours before, and said if we didn’t go ahead we would get a full refund. I never expected to get a full refund so I was really impressed.

We have hired a few bouncy castles from Jolly Jumpers over the years, all have been fantastic. Most recent was a disco dome for a birthday party which all the kids, and adults loved. Great communication and the guys are always friendly. Would definitely recommend.
