Excellent. Very helpful with advice over a leaking window, willing to watch videos and look at photos, give several options to suit varying factors, and then offer clear and quick times to sort it. I brought the window in and they had sorted it within a couple of hours, helpfully calling me as soon as it was done. Looks perfect remedy. Again super helpful on future-proofing and painting.

Excellent service Joe, Bryan, Brendon and Archie have just completed the replacement of three windows, (two sash), an external door and the restoration of a further sash window. We are pleased and very impressed the results. At times the weather was was very cold and windy but they cheerfully continued working. Excellent service - happy to recommend to anyone looking for bespoke wooden windows.
