Joinery Solutions SW have made an excellent job of replacing our very large, single glazed Victorian sash windows at the front of the house with double glazed ones. We live at the end of a terrace of four where all the windows are the original shape with curved inner corners in the upper windows; I did not want to have a different window style that would spoil the look of our shared terrace, so had to find a specialist joinery company. I can happily report that after a session of meticulous measuring up, Joinery Solutions SW produced and installed beautifully crafted and smooth functioning double glazed sash windows fitted with draught seals, new pulley ropes and adjusted or replacement weights. All work was completed from the inside of the house too - so no need for scaffolding - and with minimal mess and disruption. The team also went to a lot of trouble to source us the style of window furniture we preferred. I am now looking forward to a warmer and much less draughty winter. If aesthetics, quality, and a friendly and reliable service are important to you when choosing a joinery service, I would definitely recommend Joinery Solutions SW.

Joe was absolutely great today and quickly and efficiently repaired a casement window which was failing to shut correctly. This window is two floors up in a tall, listed building and not that easy to access, in fact it looked quite perilous to me! I was incredibly impressed and would totally recommend Joe who was so helpful and easy to deal with throughout.

The Osborne Apartments have used Joinery Solutions for several years, looking after our 46 rental apartments within a Grade ll* listed building. Over the years they have replaced some of our sash windows, but also fixed broken panes, sash cords and weights. Joe and his team are true craftsmen and take care of everything. Joe and his team have done a great job replacing the doors on our Environment Agency river gauging stations in Bovey and Chudleigh. I had to have my sash windows repaired. The ropes had broken, the weights dropped off and they were stuck with paint. I had no idea what the fix entailed. After explaining the issue and sending photos an appointment was immediately arranged and a quote followed. The person that arrived to do the fix is extremely friendly and explained what needed to be done and how and why. He is very conscientious and worked extremely hard and well. When problems arose he didn't just ignore them he explained what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. He re-touched with paint and also cleaned up after as best he could. I am extremely happy with the results and very happy with this friendly company. 100% recommend.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job of refurbishing our stable door in our listed house. Given the excellent results of our previous project with Joe and his team we had no hesitation in approaching them again. This time round involved inserting two stained glass panels which had been in our original front door, into a new door made by Joe, Brian and the team, without the double glazing impacting the look of the stained glass from the front. We were thrilled with the results, which again exceeded our expectations given the complexity of the task. We now have a warm porch and the appearance of the stained glass panels has been enhanced by their work. After a long drawn out saga trying to have our Victorian sash windows replaced, we were eventually fortunate enough to get Joe and his team to do ours. The job was done very professionally to a high standard which was important in order to retain the buildings original state. An unforeseen job due to a wooden ledge being rotten was attended to and rectified during the course of the job.
