I do not recommend them. They’re the costliest ones out there. Rip you off. They gave me a bill of $375 to replace a Receptacle and just reset the gfci Receptacle. With tax the total was over $400 !
Think about what they’ll charge you before calling them.

Paul & John came to diagnose a leak from our main drain indoor clean out. They replaced the clean out plug that had a hole in it and also install a cover cap. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and respectful of our home.
I would definitely welcome either of them back for any future needs.

I absolutely love John’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning services. Since this “heatwave” my smart thermostat has been “self-regulating.” If it 99 degrees outside my thermostat starts going up - the highest was 82 degrees. I called Friday, someone was here today. Chris T. called that he was on the way; found the issue immediately on the thermostat; and, was finished within 20 minutes. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to and learning something new from Chris. Thank you Chris T. for making me as smart as my smart thermostat!

95 plus degrees out and our air went out. Of course it is a weekend, and late afternoon. Our unit is old, and we forgot to get a annual checkup this year, I messed up. Those yearly check ups saved us in the past, they found and prevented problems. I called Johns Plumbing, figured I would not get it fixed till Monday, especially if it needed parts. Within ten minutes a tech called us back, introduced himself as Chris Taylor and said he was finishing a call and would call us when he was on his way to us. Within 45 minutes he called, arrived 10 minutes after, and after introducing himself he got right to work. It was late afternoon, he had been working all day, but he went straight to it. Within 30 minutes he diagnosed it and apologetically told us the unit was very hot and the motor had shut off. He had to shut off the breaker to cool, but he would return first thing in the morning to work on it. Approximately 8 am Sunday morning he was at our door, by 9 am he had replaced the unit compacitor (not sure how to spell this) and the house began to cool off. Thank you to Johns Plumbing, we know we can always count on you to show up and solve whatever problem that is thrown at you. Thank you to Chris Taylor, he was professional, knowledgeable and even though he was hot and tired, he was more worried about our safety and comfort. He did what he said he would do, and that what makes a company successful, they built a reputation on trust and quality work.

Great experience! AC went out on hottest day house was 94! Came same day as call and he had it fixed quickly! Will definitely use for any future needs!!

I have been using Johns for years for both plumbing and HVAC services. I called yesterday with concerns about my house not cooling properly. I was prepared to have to wait until next week, but was pleased to get an appointment today. Chris arrived and patiently listened to my concerns. As a senior citizen that is definitely something I’m looking for. He was able to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently and still impress me with his personal demeanor. Thanks, Chris!

I have been using these guys for years. They have always been knowledgeable, polite and professional. Today was no different. Paul and John were thorough and explained everything along the way. These experiences can be scary and feel predatory for single women but I've never felt that from them. Excellent service and great resolve to our issues.

I had a clogged sink drain resolved and a plumbing replacement for an old bathroom sink. Both were complicated and I'm glad I sought out professional support. The work was professionally completed, cleanup was thorough, and communications were exceptional.
I asked questions about some other concerns and was met with a thorough analysis of the pipes, toilets, and drains in my beloved old house. A tentative plan to address my concerns and the issues uncovered was formed and supported by clear explanations, videos of issues in real time, and a potential workflow to resolve them. I'll definitely use this company for resolving these other issues!
I highly recommend.
