Johns Plumbing has provided wonderful customer service. It’s rare that they cannot repair a plumbing issue - and with an older home, I’ve had my share. Even when a problem returned, they came back to fix it without any questions. And every person I have spoken with or dealt with has been polite and professional. It has been refreshing compared to other service providers in the area.

This will be my second review on John's Plumbing H&A. My wife and I have been using Johns Plumming H&A for many years now and we are still satisfied with their service.
Reason For Home Visit:
Today (November 12, 2025) a Service man named Dakota from John's Plumming H&A came to do a service maintenance on our heating and air unit and he was very polite and approachable (just like the other service man from my first review).
My Reason For This Second Review:
I am not writing this review for this simple service maintenance process, I am writing this review due to Dakota's knowledge on an issue we have been having here at our home for some time now.
Issue We Are Facing At Our Home:
The issue we are having is this ridiculous amount of brown dust we have around the house; it does not matter how much me and my wife clean our home the dust just keeps coming back.
Dakota's Knowledge / Reason For This Review:
Dakota immediately knew the 2 main issues that could explain this large amount of dust in our home. Dakota explained to me that since we had been living at this house for over 15 years (and we also need to account for the years the past residents were living at this house as well) that their must be dust over the many years built up in the Air Ducts. Dakota also explained to me that within our home where part of our unit is located; to where the coils are; where we place the filters a top of; needs to be taken apart and cleaned out; the years of dust has also accumulated there aswell.
Short Side Thought:
For 15 plus years we never hired anyone to replace the Air Ducts amd or clean them out, and we never haf the Coil vents cleaned either; so all that Dakota was saying just made sense as to why we are having this dust issue.Also, we don't know if the past residents did this either.
Final Closing Thoughts:
I would sill recommend John's plumbing H&A to others with no hesitation. Their service people they have on their payroll know thier stuff. Dakota knew what the issue was; showed me exactly where the 2 issues were located in our home; explained to me in simplified easy to understand the why and how of our dust issue; and gave us solid directions on how to solve this dust issue. I can't ask for anything more.
