Late in Gentile fort lane area where the black trail is where the construction is going on with the lake and city, I'm wondering about how they're gonna dig a hole and then bury it back up on one end of Gentile street in the black show, when it looks like they were going under it for the bike path. It's kind of confusing. When they start doing some construction in a way, and then they close it out, I'm kind of just concerned about making sure that they keep the tunnels boring. I mean, I don't, I don't know, my main concern is to have that path.Go all the way to morgan apartments to the back where it used to go under in alongside of the underneath parkway , because the alternative goal is to hollow it out
I had a periapical abscess that my dentist said needed a re-treatment root canal from a specialist. I was in so much pain and was starting to get sick from the infection. I called several endodontists and couldn’t get an appointment for at least 2 weeks. I extended my search and called up Dr. Johnson’s office, they got me in within 4 days. He examined my mouth and discovered the infection was actually most likely coming from the tooth next to it that had not had a root canal, but needed one. He explained everything in great detail, and he and his assistant did a very thorough job! He made sure I was comfortable, gave me plenty of anesthetic and I didn’t feel anything. Thank you Dr. Johnson!
I was referred by my dentist to Dr. Johnson for a root canal. He was very welcoming and took the time to tell me what was going on with my tooth. It was very painless and he explained everything that he was doing. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism, and chairside manner. His staff were kind and supportive. First off, this office has a very nice doctor. Kudos to him for making me feel comfortable in the midst of my mouth pain.
However, the front desk administration is below satisfactory and their billing processes are out dated. I repeatedly asked for confirmation that my consultation would be free (aside from the X-rays) and the receptionist assured me that the consult was covered. I even asked her to verify with insurance, which she told me she did. I asked for a quote for the work that needs to be done, and she said that she couldn’t give me a print out and provided a rough estimation (that should’ve been a sign to leave, but I was in so much pain I decided to stay).
I am a person who cannot afford mistakes and end up with a unexpected bill; unfortunately that was the experience here.
So I’ll be sending them the additional amount they are telling me I owe and finding an office that I can trust to provide the correct information.

As we explained at your appointment, we could only give you an estimate of what the cost would be based on the current information we had from your insurance company at the time of service. Apparently, there were outstanding claims from other offices that had not been processed that prevented your insurance company from paying the full amount for your treatment at our office. We understand and appreciate that patients want to know their exact costs so that they can budget accordingly and we do our best to give you an estimate based on the information we have.
