JoCo Office & Floor Cleaning did our office floors, and did an amazing job. They came out gave me a quote for two of our buildings. I decided to choose them from other companies, and I made the best choice. They were organized, on time, and had great communication. The response time for my questions were quick. Once they completed the job, I couldn't have been happier. The wax on our floors made our floors look like glass. They were able to get some hard stains up and made them look new. They even offered me a maintenance plan to keep our floors looking fresh and new. This is something none of the other companies I have went with in the past offered. If you want a job done above your expectation this is the company to choose. They are the best!
I co/own "Now We're Talking" Pediatric Therapy, Inc. We had our floors stripped and waxed by Chris and his daughter and THEY CAME OUT AMAZING!! We were told by another company that they wouldn't be able to get them looking new again and that it would take 4 days. Chris had our floors looking brand new and done in a day which gave us a second day to cure. From my initial contact, he was quick, concise, efficient and very communicative throughout the very easy process. We only had to close our office for 1 day for which we did during the holidays so it did not impact business really much at all. We are so happy that we chose JoCo Office & Floor Cleaning and will be using them to maintain our floors. Highly recommend for professionalism and quality work!!
Above and beyond! Last week our alarm system failed and JoCo spent nearly an hour trying to get it sorted so they didn't leave the office without the alarm system armed!! We are not only impressed by their weekly cleaning (our office is always sparkly!) but by their level of attention to detail and work ethic. My company has been working with Joco Cleaning for awhile now. They are very professional and take pride in what they do. Our office is always up to par when we come in the day after cleaning. You walk in and can tell right off the bat they were there! They also clean better than a lot of companies we've seen and are very thorough. Would highly recommend to anyone else!
