Great work and a very professional staff. Our company had our F-150 repaired here and the whole process was smooth. There were a few delays with parts that were completely out of their control, but they communicated well and handled everything professionally. The truck came back looking great. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! I had minor damage and I took my car in for an estimate and they gave that to me quickly. I took it back in for the work and they were fast and fixed my car perfectly. They detailed the car and I got it back within a few days. I’m very happy with everything they did. I highly recommend them.

Super impressed with these guys! They are detail oriented and got the job done quicker than I expected considering the amount of work they had to do! They also did a good job estimating and communicated well throughout the process. Most important it looks factory fresh again! Can’t find anything to complain about, the paint matches perfect and everything is lined up nice. Thanks again!

I was looking for a body shop to secure my lose fitting car seat covers and found JM Collision. I called and talked to Kim who stated they don’t normally do that but come on in anyway. They were so kind and helpful, Jaime came out to the car tightened up the seat covers and sent me on my way. They truly believe in customer service as I needed something that was not included in their services. JM Collision is the body shop for your car needs when its bent out of shape, they will definitely straighten it out!

Highly recommended! I have nothing but great things to say about JM Collision! John, Jamie, and Jenna were all HUGE help throughout the process. John scheduled my vehicle to be picked up immediately after speaking with him. Although my insurance decided to claim my vehicle a total loss they continued helping and answering my questions till I was paid out by insurance. They kept in touch with me till my insurance claim closed and even made very helpful suggestions for future reference to insure and protect myself if anything were to occur again. Outstanding service from beginning to end.

JM Collision came to the rescue for me! I unfortunately got paint splattered all over my car after the car in front of me ran over Something that had paint on it. Tried everything myself and could not get the paint off. Called JM Collision in hopes they could help and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only is the whole staff friendly, caring, and knowledgeable but the best part is they made my car look back to normal in no time! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST experience! JM Collision Center exceeded all of my expectations! I stopped in randomly one day to get a quote for a small paint job and to repair my fender brackets. Not only did I leave with a fair and transparent estimate the same day, but they also let me know I could bring my vehicle in whenever it was convenient for me—and they’d take care of the rest. Jamison, the estimator, was great to work with, and the entire team—John (the owner), his wife, and Jenna—went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed quickly and with care. They were honest, kind, and even made suggestions that helped me save money. What stood out most was their customer service and how knowledgeable John was, especially about my Jeep (he’s a fellow Jeep owner!). That kind of insight and personal touch made all the difference. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and will definitely be returning to JM Collision Center for any future auto repairs. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my Jeep!

We had a rare and unfortunate situation with our vehicle and JM Collision was amazing to work with. Highly recommend! My vehicle was a launch edition and, before I had even received the permanent plates, I needed a whole door replaced. The manufactures didn’t even have part numbers for the replacement, we were told they didn’t even exist yet! The staff at JM Collision worked tirelessly, stayed in constant contact with the manufacturer, and dealerships across the country, in an attempt to expedite the process, find the parts, and get us our vehicle back in a timely matter. They kept us updated the entire time, their communication was excellent. Once the parts were finally received they worked quickly and the vehicle was ready just a couple days later. The door looks flawless. Truly, the same as it did the day we purchased the vehicle. They left nothing to remind my husband I backed out of the garage with the door open. We are super thankful and would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair work!
