We had JK Paint and their head painter Cesar and crew paint our house and replace massive damaged trim around the outside. The crew did a great job and was super receptive to our comments and requests. They helped us pick the Tuscan colors we were searching for to give our home the Italian feel we were hoping to accomplish. Their rates are amazing and staff was easy to work with and coordinate with. PM onsite Richie was wonderful, got back to us quickly and made sure our touch ups were done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! We are planning to use them again for any additional siding work and for Our front door restain!

What an awesome find for a local paint company! Let me tell you about all the great people. Jake was the one that first came out and looked at our project 2-3 times before it started. He was awesome, patient and flexible as we talked through all of the details. Then Gabi was sending out great information as the project start date was coming. This helped us make sure our property was ready for the pressure washing and painting. Then the main crew was wonderful. Juan, Alfredo and Domingo were all so nice, fun and professional. They showed so much care as they cleaned up the exterior, prepped all of the surfaces and protected all of the spaces around the exterior. It was always fun and easy to check in with these guys each day. Even when we added a couple small aspects of the project - they were flexible and ready to take on things we didn’t anticipate. Lastly - Jose was great as well. He would stop by each day of the project and give us an idea of what to expect each day, clarified details and answered questions, and then gave us updates on how soon the project would be complete. Overall - all of the staff were so professional and easy to communicate with. Additionally they quoted us at 7-10 days for the entire exterior painting project. They completed it in 5 days. Jose also made sure that if we noticed anything that might have been missed that they would take care of it immediately. Anyone who’s looking for a challenging exterior painting project - I would not hesitate to recommend JK Paint. Thanks again everyone!

The crew I had did beautiful work. They even came on Saturday so they would avoid painting in the heat. They were extremely detailed and checked in with me after each step to make sure it was ok. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were extremely busy and some things got missed on the supervision side. Choose another time to paint if you hire them. I had to do summer unfortunately. Andrew and Gabi were great, and Becca helped me with colors.

JK Paint just completed our home exterior paint and my wife and I are extremely happy. Cesar, Cesar Jr., Daniel, & Cristian all worked nonstop. They were respectful, detail oriented, eager to please, and true craftsman in their field. My wife and I were impressed with how much pride they took in their work. The field manager (Jose) checked in every morning to ensure all expectations were being met. Every time there wasn’t much to discuss as the team would frequently check in and allow us to give feedback to ensure the work completed was to our satisfaction. David our project manager was a pleasure to work with. Overall we would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you all for your good work.

From the start to the finish, these people are professional! Our first walk around convinced me we would be well taken care of. There were a few siding issues which I thought would have been problematic but the person doing the walk around found more than I knew about and fixed everything. The paintwork itself was excellent, the guys picked up every evening and left the final day with nothing I would have had to do clean up! From the very beginning to the end, they were friendly, polite, hardworking and conscientious. All of our friends know how pleased we are and our 30 neighbors in the loop have complimented the job. I’ve had a very negative experience with this company. They did the exterior of our house and throughout the project have had very poor communication about the timing and status of the job. My biggest issue is that they left a ton of what are likely lead paint chips all around the house. It has now been 3 weeks since the painting started and the chips still haven’t been cleaned up even though I alerted the project manager about this from day one and have repeatedly asked for this to be taken care of. It’s been raining a lot since then and I think it’s going to be impossible to clean it up properly now. I have a young kid and I’m so concerned about the paint having now irreparably leached into the property. This company seriously needs to have its lead certification revoked. Giving two stars because the house has been painted (although parts of it still need some work, I think they are planning on fixing this at some point). Do not recommend this to anyone who has an older home and is worried about lead. Update: this is an update from 9 months later. JK Paint let me know that the issue seemed to be with the project manager assigned to my project, who they have since let go. They said they have also changed some processes to try and prevent something like this from happening again. They also had landscapers essentially redo my whole front yard to clean up the paint chips (which I didn’t ask them to do, and I’m sure was a big cost on their end), and offered me a discount. While I wish this hadn’t happened in the first place, I do feel like they cared enough to try and fix it. Updating review from 2 stars to 3.

J&K Painting painted the exterior of our 2-story house. The crew was efficient and very careful to clean up at the end of each day. The crew supervisor checked in daily to be certain we had no questions. The final product looks beautiful. They even sent a consultant to help us pick up color for our front door. We highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any painting needs.
