Had a very positive experience receiving firewood from JJ’s today. Austin was prompt, communicative about his ETA and friendly during our interaction. Backing into the laneway was no problem and Austin was active in thinking about how to best position his truck for the most convenient tipping spot. I would welcome him back any time.

I really appreciated your heads up forty minutes before your arrival so I could get organised to move the wood from my driveway to the wood box.
