This month JIP Construction installed a paver apron for the driveway section just outside our garage with a trench drain that runs the full length of the garage and connects to our existing stormwater drain. Alfonso was knowledgeable and easy to work with. His men completed the work within two days and the job was well done. I recommend their services.
I can’t say enough good things about Jose and his crew at J.I.P Construction! They did pavers and beautiful stonework around my pool area and patio, and the results are absolutely amazing. The whole space looks like something out of a magazine now.
Jose was great to work with—very responsive, honest, and detail-oriented. His team worked hard every day, kept the area clean, and you could tell they really took pride in their work. The stonework came out perfectly, and the design ties everything together beautifully.

I am very happy with my experience with JIP construction. Prices are good and comparable, the work came out amazing, paid attention to small details and they cleaned up after the job was done (the last company I hired left a mess, so I really appreciated the clean up). I also really like the fact that when I was getting my quote he did not try to “talk me out” of what I wanted. He simply gave me the quote and said he can do it. This made a bigger impression to me since every other quote I got they were trying to convince me to do something else. He was easy to communicate with, answered phone calls and text messages in a timely manner and fit us in his schedule in a very reasonable time. I will be recommending JIP to everyone who asks!

Also, I have a gotten quotes from various other “big and reputable “ construction companies for my driveway replacement. They were trying to charge an arm and leg. Jose’s price was reasonable and something within our budget. Took a little time for me to get the permit but once Jose’s team came in they moved quick and methodically. Within the same week after speaking, Alfonso (Owner) came down to give us an estimate and a detailed proposed contract of the work to be done, which was totally reasonable and in budget. He was clear, informative and always prompt even with the smallest updates. Alfonso was very much involved with the project and always kept us updated, a rarity to see nowadays.
