Incredible and authentic!
Don’t be fooled by its location, this place is a hidden gem!
We had the duck rolls, Thai green chicken curry with coconut rice and Pad Kra Pao with beef. Can’t fault any of these dishes, they were very flavourful and the spice was just right. However if you find it too spicy, I’d recommend the pink milk as your beverage to help cool things down.
Will most definitely be back!
Just a short distance from my hotel in Hammersmith, I passed another Thai restaurant that was larger, but didn’t have as high of rating from Google reviews as Jin-Da. Thai. I immediately understood why this location has such a great reading. It’s much more intimate off the busy street in a smaller space with only about a dozen or so tables that can be rearranged to fit different size parties. They have a full traditional northern Thai menu with plenty of options for appetizers as well as mean and desserts. We also have an extensive wine and beer list as well as sodas and teas. I filled up quickly with two appetizers. I tried their chicken sauté as well as the duck rolls. - and I try I mean, I finished both appetizers myself. And then I had a Pad sei ew with squid that was delicious but such a great serving size I couldn’t even finish it.
There’s light music playing and at no point was it overly busy on a Wednesday night. There’s plenty of servers and staff to get your food quickly while it’s hot and they were friendly and gave good recommendations. I would highly recommend this location and return anytime I’m in this area.
A true local gem. Really delicious and authentic food. I had been meaning to try this place for a while as it’s one of the rare places in London you can get Khao Soi and it did not disappoint. Delicious and authentic - the chicken was so so succulent it literally fell off the bone. The panang was also great. Good value too, would thoroughly recommend.
