Excellent service, I ordered my fuel online and received a phone call a few days later from Danielle, who asked when I would like delivery and booked for the next day between 9-5, Danielle asked if I would like a call the day it was to be delivered to get a more precise time when it was to be delivered, I refused this as I was home all day. My delivery arrived around 10am the next day. The delivery driver Pete asked me where I would like it putting, I indicated where and asked if that was ok. Pete said it wasn't a problem. Pallet left neatly in the spot indicated. This was my first purchase from Harrison & Sons, but it won't be my last. Credit to Danielle for her excellent customer service and Credit to Pete for his excellent delivery service and pleasant manner and great attitude. I fully recommend Harrison & Sons for your heating needs. Such great staff.

Ordered online Wednesday 5th of November, there was no communication about delivery, emailed them on Friday but there was no reply. Called them up Monday morning and the lady said "we only come to your area once a week so you'll get them Thursday". I think this should be stated on the website as £15 delivery to wait over a week is quite a lot. Logs were good quality but quite loosely packed so didn't get as much as from the local (more expensive but I see the value now) supplier.
The delivery driver was very nice though and left the logs where I wanted with immaculate precision. Thank you for that!

Heads Up by a relative, what good service! Ordered COAL and logs on Monday, they were delivered on Tuesday!! Delivery driver was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, polite and considerate.I'll be re-ordering from Harrison's again.
