J Glasses & Hearing has a good range of glasses at affordable price, recently I dropped by their shop to make a pair of office glasses, their staff, Jean has provided excellent service, she listened to my problems and glasses requirements attentively, and provided a very thorough eye check up, she also made several other checks before finalizing on the final prescription. Jean also took out a few trays of spectacle frame for me to choose and gave her opinion which suited me best. I am very happy with their service and last but not least the price is also reasonable.

Bought my new Phonak Audeo L30 Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids here. Freya is also an audiologist who is truly professional and able to recommend the most suitable model after understanding my needs. I was able to test a demo set before deciding on the purchase. One thing I really appreciated is there was no hard-selling. Freya was genuine, sincere and truly a professional. And yes, she also does glasses and helped me take a look at my glasses too.

Served by very helpful staff. Went to the shop to inquire about hearing aids. The staff listened and provided me the information I need.
She then elaborated the features of each manufacturer hearing aids. After hearing tested, she programmed the sample hearing aids for me to sense the change in hearing around the mall (different environment).
After sale service was excellent. The following week, from my feedback, she reprogrammed the hearing aids.
She assure me that she is still contactable via the WhatsApp and email.
Excellent service.

J glasses and hearing are one stop services they offer basic eye check and eye scan! There are wide choices of branded frames, lens and contact lens to choose from. Staffs are Professional, knowledgeable, patience and friendly. They would recommend the ones that suit you and most importantly no hard selling. Would recommend to my family and friends! Cheers. (:

My wife and I have been patronising J glasses for many years and their optometrist Freya is very knowledgeable in her work. We have gotten a few pairs of specs and sunnies from her and have always been satisfied with her service. The products are always delivered timely. Wanted to change my scratched lenses and J Glasses did a good job at a good competitive price too. Freya who did the complimentary eye test also took time to explain my eye health. The machines were also properly sanitized before use. Overall a good experience and will patronize again.
