3rd time using James for my mortgage and i cant rate him, and his team, high enough! He finds us the best deal and takes time to explain it all. He takes the pain and the pressure out of applying for a mortgage…..as a team with Debbi , they’re very thorough at the paperwork stage thus ensuring you have a pain free experience when the application goes in.
And they’re very quick to sort the whole process and very adaptable when a property falls through like ours did - the mortgage was amended in no time.

I returned to James to complete our remortgage after we were delighted with his services when we first purchased our property. As a first time buyer, the thought of finding a mortage was scary! Having no idea where to start, James was extremely helpful in looking for options appropriate to my income and situation. James is exceptional and has an amazing knowledge of the mortgage industry and has most of the lenders on his panel. This is the second time i have used him in 7 years and service was even better.
