31 years ago, my husband came to Joseph’s Jewelry to buy my engagement ring. A couple weeks ago I returned with my husband‘s wedding ring to ask them to help me make it into a bracelet as he had unexpectedly passed away. They were so kind and made a custom piece that was exactly what I wanted. I have gotten so many compliments on it. it’s both unique and beautiful. Not only that, but during a very busy time of the year, they rushed it so that I could wear it for pictures with my kids and grandkids that we were having done. I can’t recommend Joseph’s Jewelry enough, they are not only knowledgeable but and truly kind and caring people.
Joseph’s Jewelry has been my family’s favorite jewelry store for the past several years with their unique selections and passionate staff. I would specifically like to highlight Kara, who helped my sister and I immensely with getting a watch resized to fit my sister’s wrist properly. Kara was kind and helpful, despite the resizing being a last second request needed for an important event.
I recommend this store to anyone who enjoys fine jewelry and a passionate team who lives to create an exceptional customer experience.

The customer service and prices are wonderful. They never try to "up-sell" you something you don't want to spend more money on. Vanessa help us several times and was amazing. All 3 of salespersons we dealt with on multiple occasions were fantastic.

My son and I had a wonderful experience working with Kara while picking out a special gift for my wife.
