I purchased sterling silver ball studs in 10 mm and they are perfect. Not only were they perfect but, they arrived early in a beautiful box with a very special handwritten note. I was so moved I called and spoke to the man that wrote the note. This is a beautiful gesture yet unheard of. It times went back to gestures like this the me, me, me world would be in a much more successful state. The quality as well as the unique treatment that this business offers will encourage me to buy from them and recommend them as well 💐

I purchased a beautiful chain that was on a great sale. The item was shipped. Upon delivery, the box was empty (opened parcel with video proof). I immediately contacted the company. They were willing to refund me the money. I asked multiple times for just a replacement or ability to repurchase for sale price as they still had the item in stock but the sale was over. They refused this request as ‘gold has increased since last week’. Since the item was in stock, I’m aware they weren’t out any extra cost to rectify the situation. I’m unsure if the company sent an empty box so they weren’t out the price hike, or if it was a shipper company issue. Either way, they were completely unwilling to rectify the situation.

Your purchased the necklace through our affiliate store on Walmart. Upon contacting us and informing the situation with your package we immediately fully refunded you and opened a case with the shipping company as you jewelry was lost.
With lost order a full refund takes place and a case with the shipping company is opened that takes a long time to resolve.
Since you received all of your funds you emailed us numerous times a day for days requesting something that it is not possible at the moment.
Your order has been fully refunded.
Prices change every day as the gold price fluctuates.
We did not ship an empty box and we can not replace your order at the moment.

Do NOT buy jewelry from this website. I ordered a necklace (for my wife) through Amazon with them and since I don't know jewelry, I ordered it too thin. She wanted thicker, so I returned it to order a thicker necklace. They LIED and said I returned a different necklace than what I ordered. After many headaches and phone calls to Amazon, I finally got my refund. Beware.

Very personal service. I ordered three Star of David pendants, and the one I ordered was not available. I received a prompt email with two substitute options, and both were lovely. Though the choice I made was slightly more expensive, I was told not to worry about it. The pendants are stunningly beautiful. Then, I suggested gift ideas to my husband for myself, and he, too, experienced very personal service. I highly recommend this jewelry company. They obviously take great pride in their work and care very much for their customers.
