We managed to limp off the dual carriage way and there, like a shining beacon, was Jet Wheels. They had us back on the road in no time at all cost that no one could take issue with. Fast, fair, and friendly…. Fantastic!
I recently took my Jaguar to Jet Wheel & Tyre in Pitsea as the exhaust had become unusually loud. Although their main expertise is in tyres, the team went above and beyond to help. One of their technicians quickly diagnosed the issue a damaged rubber damper that secures the exhaust and prevents vibration. I was genuinely impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail.
Once I received the genuine Jaguar replacement part, I returned to have it fitted. The gentleman who assisted me (possibly the manager or owner) was incredibly professional and kind. To my surprise, they carried out the fitting without charging me a penny. That level of honesty and customer care is extremely rare nowadays.
I’ve used Jet Wheel & Tyre before for tyres and puncture repairs, and the service has always been excellent. However, this experience truly sets them apart. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for customers are second to none.
