Can’t recommend these guys enough! Shaun was excellent with his communication—super friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided us with a detailed report on the termite issues we’re facing, which was far more thorough than what we received from other Ipswich companies we contacted. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about protecting our property. We’re very impressed and extremely grateful for the way he looked after our home and its future.

We had a mouse problem that popped up out of nowhere, so I called up Shaun from Jets, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed—I was booked in with an actionable appointment within less than 24 hours. Jason was the technician who came out—and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain exactly what was happening, where the mice were likely coming from, and what steps he was taking to fix the problem.
What really stood out was how thorough he was. He didn't just do the job—he went above and beyond. He checked every nook and cranny, noted all potential entry points (and how to cost effectively patch some), and gave us practical advice for preventing future issues. You could tell he really cared about getting the best outcome for us. He was also very respectful regarding our concern for our pet cats eating the bait (or the mice that had eaten the bait) and took every necessary measure to assure us of their safety.
If you're dealing with pests and want someone who takes pride in their work, give Shaun a ring and ask for Jason. He turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. Highly recommend!

We had found termites in our home 2 months ago, and we found this a very stressful experience until I called Jets..
He came to us straight away.. Our house was baited the next day and 2 months later we have no termites and our house is fully protected against the dreaded termites..

Had a great experience with Jason. Very knowledgeable and friendly, clearly takes pride in his work. During our pest treatment went out of his way to inspect the property we just bought and advise us. Learned a lot about termites. I recommend these guys.

Shaun was awesome! Super professional and really knows his stuff. He explained everything clearly and gave me heaps of great advice. Excellence in service
It’s been more than 18 months since I have had a treatment for pests and the ant problem I had inside was getting worse. I decided to use JETS pest services and I must say it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Jason was terrific in his services and the knowledge about his position was excellent. I can now walk into the laundry without having to clean up after ants. I am absolutely delighted with the results. Next is a visual termite inspection.
