Excellent company, contacted Jon and he came out straight away. Our drains were blocked to nearly spilling into our garden. Jon went and spoke to my neighbour to check if they had any problems. When he checked our drains he advised straight away that we should contact Southern Water emergency services. Jon did not charge us for his services as it was not something he had or could resolve. If it was not for his advice my neighbours and I would not have been aware of a more serious problem. Southern water came out and solved a large sewage blockage on the main road which was affecting mine and my neighbours property. Thank you Jon for your advice and help. Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service. Had issue with water cascading over the side of the guttering. I emailed on Monday and got a response immediately we arranged Thursday for them to come. They kept me informed and let me know once 10mins away. Gutters were sorted within 40mins. Was great, they tided up too was spotless. I will know use them and refer them when ever I need them.

These guys are amazing. Christmas Day. Sewage spilling all over the place as outflow pipe blocked. They turned up cheerfully and did the job in the dark. They charged fairly whereas so many would have taken advantage. They cleaned up so efficiently. It is heartening that to know that there are there are people like this around . I would thoroughly endorse them.

Had a blocked down pipe to the toilet and made a call to Jet Away. John was true to his word and out to us within the hour. He was able to clear the blockage and left the place clean and tidy. He was also able to advise that the cast iron down pipe could be re-bored to clear all the rust(been in place for 90+ years, so as not to have to replace the whole down pipe. Would highly recommend Jet Away!!!
