I gave this office 3 stars because the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. They were able to see me even without an appointment, and the dentist herself was very sweet.
The reason for my rating is the pricing. I was quoted $585 just for bonding a chipped front tooth. I was also told I had a cavity that required a crown and that my other front tooth should receive a crown because of its position. I was advised it would make more sense to go with the crown so they could try to run it through insurance, but my out-of-pocket cost would have been over $1,600.
Wanting a second opinion, I went to another dentist who did an excellent job, billed my insurance, and I paid only $95 out of pocket. There was also no mention of the cavity, as I was just looking for a temporary fix until I return overseas to look into it further.
While I really appreciated the great customer service and the doctor’s care, I personally found the pricing to be excessive compared to what I ended up paying elsewhere. Pictures below are from the other dentist for $95
