After we had some foundation work done, we had a huge failure on our plumbing test. We needed a drain pipe repaired under the master bathroom, and we wanted to avoid all the dust that comes with jackhammering through the floor. Jerrell's had the best price by far to do the repair with 10 ft of tunneling under the house. When the break was exposed, it was massive -- 3 separate breaks around a fitting, with part of it up in the concrete slab. The dig quickly revealed that this could be a much larger problem, especially because there was a leaking joint encased in two intersecting concrete beams of the foundation. Daniel figured out a way to reroute the pipe and avoid jackhammering through those beams -- thankfully, we had other existing pipes configured in such a way to allow this alternate routing to work out. Daniel did have to go through the floor, but he was very precise, did not make a mess, and was able to stay within the confines of where the toilet base covered up the entire opening -- so no new tile had to be laid! Bravo, Daniel!
