All experiences with Jensen Jewelers have been amazing. I recently had custom work done to redesign a pendant and Kennedy was fantastic to work with - fun, full of great ideas and very responsive to follow up questions. I love how it turned out! I’ve also had repairs done and sold jewelry that had been sitting in a drawer for years. Every experience has stood out. Having worked in fine jewelry myself, I appreciate the level of customer service, honesty and quality of work. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Couldn’t be happier with our experience at Jensen Jewelers. We arrived about an hour before closing time and Sabrina provided an excellent experience without rushing us to buy a ring that day. She provided as many options for my partner to try, with a variety of ring styles and various diamond cuts within our budget. She made recommendations as to what stone would look best with the band that we wanted, but did not pressure us to get anything that pushed us to the higher end of our budget. I was able to take advantage of a 0% interest payment plan for 12 months and the ring was available for pick up in less than 4 weeks.
