Kennedy was SO beyond helpful!!! She was knowledgeable, responsive, & professional! She helped me get a really special ring of mine sized, prong & band repairs on my engagement ring & then helped me pick out a fun vintage piece to add to my collection! When I picked up my jewelry she had me try everything on to be sure I was happy with the fit & end product! So glad I trusted her and her team with my pieces! I will be returning! ;)

All experiences with Jensen Jewelers have been amazing. I recently had custom work done to redesign a pendant and Kennedy was fantastic to work with - fun, full of great ideas and very responsive to follow up questions. I love how it turned out! I’ve also had repairs done and sold jewelry that had been sitting in a drawer for years. Every experience has stood out. Having worked in fine jewelry myself, I appreciate the level of customer service, honesty and quality of work. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!
