Jen Peterson is a phenomenal real estate agent. From our very first conversation and emails she found us exactly what we were looking for in Orange Beach, AL. She listened to our concerns, expectations, and goals for purchasing our 2nd home/investment property. She went above and beyond to make our dream a reality. She was patient with us and catered her entire weekend to helping us since we were only flying into the area for one weekend. Her organized spreadsheets were super helpful and allowed us to easily compare various important details between all the condos we viewed. This was exceptional and I am sure time consuming for her. Her deep knowledge of the area was invaluable and she pointed out things we would have never considered. She researched the income potential for the condos and HOA fees and spoke to agents to gain more knowledge on each location. She was superb and even after we signed the initial documents she was with us all the way to make sure our closing was seamless. She was on top of every detail and made the process much less complicated.

Jennifer helped me sell 2 lots in Orange Beach. On the first one she represented the buyer and seller and made us a deal without having to list it. The second lot she sold for me was a waterfront lot that had been in our family for 70 years. It was bittersweet to let it go, but Jennifer helped make the process as smooth as possible. I do not live there and Jennifer made the process seamless in regards to paperwork and obtaining information for potential buyers. I would choose her again for selling or buying in Orange Beach.
