What a fantastic company! From my first conversation with Sian to installation of my new Vaillant boiler they have been absolutely brilliant.
Sian responded instantly via What's App when ever I had a question regarding pricing and installation.
Sam the installer and his colleague with very friendly, professional, tidy and talked me through the full installation once completed.
I have already given contact details to some of my work colleague's this morning.
I will use them to service my boiler going forward in the future and for any other plumbing needs.

I used Jennings Plumbing for the replacement of my boiler and immersion heater and some complicated piping replacement. Their service is exemplary and to add to that the plumber who came to do the job, Sam, was even more impressive. He did the job with perfection from point of view of his work, his general attitude and was very tidy and clean. He is by far the best I have had to do any job in my small flat. I cannot recommend Jennings and Sam highly enough
Giving credit is important, but constructive criticism is equally necessary. I had previously used Jennings and found their service acceptable, but my recent experience was disappointing. The issue was not completely resolved, and I had to follow up several times for updates. Sam and Tristan were handling my case, yet the level of urgency and responsibility I expected was missing. Communication lacked clarity, and the entire process took longer than it should have. Considering their relatively high pricing, I expected a higher standard of service. Although they promote transparency in pricing, the overall experience did not justify the cost. The support team was also slower than anticipated in delivering effective assistance.
