This place is Awsome. Tom and his crew are top notch. I take my daughter here often and she has learned alot. Because of tom and his crew my daughter scored a 280 at a nasp qualifier coming in first place being completely new to archery. We definitely do appreciate this place more then we can say
I already been a couple times to this store and every time i go they got just what i need, the stuff is very professional and helpful , last time i went to make some adjustments to my bow and arrows and they even put it on the house, i didn’t try their range yet but i will,great store 100prcnt recomended
Called and asked about shooting a new bow and explained I was very interested in buying, told them I was going to come through 30 min before closing, because I work until 5, and the person on the phone told me “we prefer earlier because we close at 6 and we all have lives”
I would rather drive 2 hours to another archery shop than deal with this place. I will make it a point to tell anyone who asks not to shop at this store because of their horrible customer service.
This is not the only incident I have had with this shop either.
True professionals. Stopped by with a bow I had bought from an individual. I wanted my bow draw weight adjusted. After the draw weight was set EXACTLY to the poundage I requested (not even a .1 +/-), I was told my sight needed to be adjusted level. I can't remember his name, even showed me downward angle the sight was sitting at. He adjusted the sight level, and after I shot it a few times to verify the 20, we were out of there in 30 minutes with a perfectly tuned bow. I highly recommend Jeffery Archery, again, true professionals.
