I recently used Rob at JB Brokers for my insurance and had a really good experience. Helpful Service After Investment Problems I was embarrassed and honestly didn’t know what to do, I tried messaging their team but hey where no respond I was ask to pay more fees after my account has already been disable by this scam . I research online and came across Trazevault.org Their team was calm, professional, and didn’t make any fake promises. Trazevault.org team asked for the right documents and kept me updated. Within a few days, I had my money back.

JB Brokers I have dealt with this company for a few years now and appreciate the continued support each year when renewing our firms Taxis insurance . I love the fact that I am dealt with the same person year in year out and completely trust he will try and get us the best price for the year. I would highly recommend him as he takes the worry off my shoulders every year. He contacts me well before my renewal date giving me the opportunity in searching for a better quote myself if I felt the need. This was partly why I changed to them as the company I used before in doing this I would not know the new price until the day before which left me no chance of getting a better quote leaving me stuck with no choice! Thank you Kev for your continued support we very much appreciate all you do for us.

My taxi insurance is due for renewal, I had to ring them for a renewal price. Then they said they would ring back as hadn't done a sweep of insurers yet, eventualky rang back with a price with existing insurer only that happened to be the most expensive id been quoted. I would not recommend this company

A1 as usual A1 as usual always my go to firm. Needed a price so got on to JJB very quick to pick up the call by Kev. I’ve spoken to Kev a few times in the past and he’’s always been spot on. Good to deal with and looked after me + it’s nice to get the same person pick up the phone. Kev was chocka and it was a new quote so he passed me over to his college Freya. Freya was great took over and helped me out. She was good fun very bubbly and even cracked a few jokes. Nice to deal with and although I didn’t take the quote she was totally fine and professional. I’ll probably will go with JJB but just want to get some more prices first. But certainly based on the people on the phone they’re in first place for me. Good experience I certainly say give them a go when looking for cover.
