We have used digital sensors for decades and were a little skeptical to move away from the traditional model of purchasing sensors with no monthly commitment. When old sensors stopped working we decided to give Jazz a try and signed up for 6 Solo sensors and the Jazz club. It’s been almost 3 years since our decision and about 14 months into our relationship with Jazz, two more of our traditional sensors stopped working so we added 2 more Solo sensors and Jazz club for a total of 8 Jazz sensors! They still look great and having one sensor in each room has been a game changer. We’re still very pleased with the quality of images, quick and friendly service help (mostly just to install the sensors - very rare to have an issue). Patient feedback has been positive - who would have thought that taking the corners off of the sensor would make such a nice difference for the patient and maintain a full image for us?! Some sensor holders have become brittle and need to be replaced about every 6 months, more frequent than we’d hoped. Overall, we’d purchase Jazz sensors again and based on our experience can wholeheartedly recommend them to you!

Poor customer service today. I ordered the wrong size sensor holder, called them so I could exchange it, was told they don’t accept returns because the package was opened. It’s a cheap plastic bag they sealed 5 of them in. Now I’m stuck with X-rays sensor holder for the wrong size sensor. At 20 each that was a complete waste. They should be able to exchange them, they were not used- just opened the plastic bag they were in and that’s when I realized they were too small. Disappointed.

Pretty good price, but really poor image quality. How in the world do they expect to stay on the market like that. Bitewings seem to be ok, but PAs, especially in the back, very grainy, blurry ... garbage. I tried to return it and they said that option has expired after30 days from purchase. GARBAGE!!! DO NOT BUY IT! Better pay some extra and buy a Dexis sensor. MUCH better sensor. I have one that's 10 years old now and still takes great images, incomparably better than Jazz. The music Jazz plays is the price, not the quality. Sorry I have ever bought one. Not worth your money. Undiagnostic image quality.

I’ve had a great experience thus far with Jazz. I bought my practice in October and adding a digital sensor was at the top of my list of things to do. I was attracted to the option to lease as I had a lot of expenses having just gone through the practice acquisition. It’s affordable, and the image quality is great. The fact that they will replace your first sensor at no charge if damaged is great as well. I will likely be adding a second sensor from them soon.
