We are very happy with their devices, which we have used for local and short distance (less than 50mile) five times in the past two years. They are punctual, efficient, professional and good natured.
One negative point is that their time estimates are not reliable. In some cases they have overshot their estimates by 100%
Truly five-star service. Sales rep was nice and helpful especially as I was concerned about availability. They called immediately when there openings due to schedule changes on their end.
The movers themselves were very nice and friendly as well. It was a very easy and boring experience, which is absolutely when it comes to moving. No feedback, simply satisfied.
Jay’s Small Moves came referred to me by someone who was pleased with their packing and moving services. I hired them for a small move: packed myself and needed help loading and unloading (mostly boxes, and a handful of small furniture items). The team was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and careful. They worked well together and got the job done very efficiently.

I had a great experience! My movers were professional, efficient, and hard working. They moved my things quickly but gently. Pricing and everything was clearly explained up front. I feel the final price I paid was very fair. I would absolutely use them again.

Their communication was quick and clear and each person I spoke to knew exactly which job we were talking about and who I was. The three men who did the actual move; Luis, Luis and Kevin were very polite and moved everything with ease and care!
