Update: we had a battery issue - I was using the wrong one - and Robin responded on Nee Year’s Day offering solutions. Fabulous customer service for a product that makes our dog’s life better for over 5 years. Jax DogWatch Hidden Fence installed when our puppy was 8 weeks old. She was fully trained to stay in the yard in just a couple weeks. Very easy to implement. Robin the owner and Kirk the installer were so pleasant and accommodating. Very affordable and much less expensive than a real fence. Best decision I ever made as a pet owner. I just wish the regular training of our puppy was this simple. :)

Love love love the dog watch fence! We have 3 goldens retrievers that would leave the yard to go visit the neighbors chickens. The fence now keeps them in the yard and sometimes they even go out without their collars on and they don’t go near the fence!! Robin was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Robin for all of your advice and help to keep our fur babies safe!! Highly recommend Robin at Dogwatch to protect your dogs!

We had a great experience with Robin and Kirk at Jax DogWatch! We had a few issues prior to install (AT&T told us they couldn’t mark our internet line) but they both went above and beyond to figure out a solution and successfully installed our pro system with no issues. They are both responsive and professional and I highly recommend them!

Saved our sanity for our two little dachshund mixes who were constantly running after dogs, cars, leaves, anything that moves. Training was so easy and gave us such peace of mind! Absolute pleasure working with them. Would recommend to anyone.

We recently got the hidden fence for our yard and we love it!! Our Golden adapted and learned quickly. She is now able to enjoy the yard and pine cones all the time. A new freedom to run and play with the kids.

I moved to a new house in December and was not allowed a fence due to HOA. My 12 year old italian Greyhound could not be trusted outside alone.I was panicked about using any product of this nature, After talking to Robin, she put my mind at ease, they were professional and actually came and worked with our dog ,unlike other companies that pull the dog across the perimeter. I was so impressed with the time they put in to help.I was so afraid that if she got scared, she would never go in the yard again. Well, they made sure that didn't happen and I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Now, I am able to let her out without fear, and I know she is safe. Also, they are always available for questions .

We have had golden retrievers and now an Australian Bernadoodle. They both love to run so we got an invisible fence from dog watch. It works great and our dogs can now run the whole yard. Robin and Kirk always respond quickly if we ever need anything so that’s why I give them five stars.

Excellent service! Very responsive: Our system stopped working (turns out it was because telephone workers had accidentally cut the wire). Someone came immediately after I called, located the break and fixed it very quickly. We highly recommend them.

My dog is an escape artist so I decided it was time for a hidden fence. I called Invisible Fence and DogWatch. Invisible Fence was less than impressive and not helpful. Robin with Dog Watch was incredibly helpful, personable, friendly and provided so much good information with a great product, I didn’t have to think twice about going with them. Kirk came out within a week even with a severe thunderstorm brewing and laid the wire. Robin came out the next day for some training. My dog was not responding well to the new change but Robin was very encouraging and helpful walking me through how to get her back to her usual self. Her advise and expertise got my dog back to doing the things she loves. She goes out on her own, lays out in the sun and is chasing lizards again all while being safe! Thank you so much for helping keep my dog safe!!

Contacted DogWatch to inquire about an invisible fence to keep my whippet safe. They answered the phone immediately and I was able to speak with Robin. Robin took the time to explain how the fence works, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Install was done in a day on a 1 acre property. Training and instructions were clear and concise. Within three days, we felt secure, letting our dog run loose with the electric fence. He learned very quickly where the boundaries are. We got another whippet soon after that and she easy to train on the electric fence as well. If there is a question I feel confident calling the number listed, knowing that I get to speak to a real person. We are beyond thrilled with our electric fence and would highly recommend it for anyone that needs additional protection for their fur-babies.
