Excellent from beginning to end. Great customer service, fair price, excellent communication, used a written contact. Installers were professional and did a great job. We had a frameless shower and framed mirror installed. Our bathroom looks great. In fact, now we are using them again on our second bathroom.
Jax Custom Glass was a great experience all around. On time and professional for the initial meeting and quote. Communication for installation was great. The 2 young men who installed the glass were friendly, professional and seemed truly happy to be doing their job! Highly recommended!

Had 1st meeting with Tieng, the owner to measure bathroom door and glass windows for a re-do. He was friendly, knowledgable and accomadating. I decided to hire him and his crew. They came out 2 weeks later and did a wonderful job. My 2 installers were courteous and on time and did the complete job in under 5 hours. It was a smooth experience from 1st meeting to completion. I would recommend jax glass for any bathroom remodel you may want to do.

We needed the plastic door sweeps that go in the bottom of the shower door and the side of it on the glass shower door to keep the water from coming out into the bathroom.
I tried many times different places and people mostly did not want to do it and they were trying to tell me how to do it. Having it done, professional is way different than the homeowner doing it. I had several showers that needed this because when the house was built, they did not put them on. So ,
Igor , I don’t think the technician came out and did a superb job kind friendly polite!!
It was really a great experience and I can’t tell you what stress it took off of my partner and I you know how it is. You’re in a new home sometimes the warranty doesn’t always follow through with their punchlist so I can’t tell you how much I recommend them if you need anything to do a shower doors.!!
