Jawstec is terrific. Prints are always top notch and on time and super affordable, even in small quantities. I can’t recommend them enough.

Downgrading to 1 star. They used to be great but seem to have forgotten how to do customer service. I had 3 orders show up that were flawed and unacceptable for various reasons, but I just accepted that is part of 3D printing variables. But this last time they sent me RED parts instead of ORANGE parts. This was clearly a mistake on their end, but because I did not report it within 10 days, per their "terms and conditions" they would not replace the parts for refund my money, for a mistake they made.
As a customer, I also have terms and conditions. One of those terms is that I don't pay for parts that are incorrect. After a dozen e-mails I gave up, disputed the charge with my credit card and was refunded the money.
I won't do business with them again. There are many alternatives that offer the same services.

Awesome for prototyping, not the best pricing for large scale production.
Their MJF print quality, specifically the (newer?) PA12S option is superb. Combine that with reasonable low quantity pricing and accurate delivery expectations make Jawstec my current go to for prototyping.
That being said, if you are ordering thousands of pieces for full scale production, I've had better luck with local/smaller companies to get better pricing at scale.
Great option for MJF 3D printed parts stateside. Website is very user friendly. I've used them once for an expedited job and once for a normal job. Both arrived on time and with good quality. Will continue to use them for my prototype MJF parts and based on my experience will consider branching out to their other offerings.
I needed one nylon 3d printed piece. Instead of buying filament to try it myself it was easier to have JawsTec do it for me. Their price was very reasonable. Customer service was fast and helpful when I asked questions before placing the order. I was quoted a lead time of 6 days, but my part arrived in just 2. They were fantastic.
I tried to keep my business in the US, but 32 days after paying for the service, I get an email explaining they cant do "muliti-part prints," and that they've already issued a refund.
The fun part is that they can print it, they just won't. I'd bet my entire order didn't fill a plate. But they make more skrill per piece if you order parts individually.
Massive waste of time, with no remedy to change the order, split the files and email them, or charge extra to just do it as is.

However, if you look through the comments here, you'll learn that if you add a small piece of material between each part, they'll print it without issue for 25$!
Scummy.
Sad that the Chinese shops are faster AND cheaper, AND have better communication. Jaws is mad wack.

I just received my 8th order from Jaws Tec since 2024. Excellent as always. My orders are never huge as I am a Graduate student but the customer service is phenomenal. They are always willing to help when I reach out regarding my files. I shared Jaws Tec with my class and told them about the super customer service, quality prints and quick time turnaround.
