I just used JawsTec for the first time, and it definitely will not be the last. I had two small plastic parts printed very well, at an excellent price, and the order was completed before initially promised. Great communication throughout as well; very happy with their service; my next job is in metal.
Inconsistent print quality and pretty poor customer service. Shipping was fine, but I wouldn’t recommend them to friends or coworkers.

Attempted to procure an estimate for project. When I informed them that their quote was incorrect, as they didn't review the request adequately, their response was to avoid calls, and then refuse to quote.
No return calls, not even an official quote. Just an email with a random price. Fine for part time hobbyists maybe, but not a real.company with any care for customer service.

Ordered some SLM 316L stainless steel parts from .step files I designed and they turned out phenomenal. My impression of 3D ‘printed’ metal parts was completely changed by the quality provided by JawsTec and I’ll continue working with them in the future.
Terrible Production experiences, then given 4 additional chances to fix, and failed every time.
Early on in my small business, I had an initial good experience with Jawstec, but then lost a significant amount of money when multiple batches of parts were sent with extremely poor quality prints that basically disintegrated in my hands, and I was blamed for not spec'ing the "correct print material", when previous batches from Jawstec had performed totally fine in testing. In my testing and evaluation, identical parts varied by multiple grams, (they are small parts at less than 10 grams) which is unacceptable. Years later, (recently) when they attempted to recover my business, I was informed they had been using recycled MJF powder in their SLS machines causing these poor prints. I gave them a second chance, and they shipped my parts to the wrong address. I gave them a third chance, and the parts did not arrive cleaned to spec. I gave them a FOURTH CHANCE, and the agreement was for a batch of 2000+ parts. I was to receive a batch for quality assurance first, and then after approval, they would process the rest of the batch and ship it. Instead, they shipped the entire order with a significant monetary value to the wrong location, for the SECOND TIME. If you are using them for Print on Demand, your parts will probably be totally fine. If you are using them for production, they do not have a great process at the moment.

I found this company by accident. We evaluated their part versus our current overseas supplier and found that they were of the same or better quality as well as faster lead times. The staff is exceptionally friendly and even allows. Last-minute changes at no additional charge. JawsTec has proven their value and will continue to be a partner for us.
JawsTec is my go to for MJF 3D Printing. The quality of the prints I have had printed have exceptional. Also, I appreciate the fact my parts came without loose powder in the bags. I very much recommend JawsTec for your 3D Printing needs.
This was great as I got my custom 3d printed part right as well as I expected it. I looked at other websites for quality and affordability, but this was the greatest in both of these categories. Whatever you ask for is what you get. All expectations were clearly met.
