My Jano Family Law experience . I contacted Bart in what was a very difficult time after years of uncommon ground. He was welcoming and explained the typical process that was to be approached in my situation. He ensured I followed the necessary lawful steps to get the best result from what sometimes felt unjust or unnecessary. Frustration can become difficult to handle , however Bart is very professional and experienced, knowing how to advise and avoid prolonging what I would say, is commonly a long road to conclusion. I found Bart at Jano Family Law very helpful and understanding of my situation. I am based in the UK and my ex-husband (relocated to Australia) applied to the Australian Courts to dismiss a UK order for child maintenance. My separation and subsequent divorce took 16 months. I didn’t engage a lawyer for the first 8 months, letting my x work through her issues, visiting every lawyer where we lived. Which meant when I tried to engage a lawyer, they had a conflict. So I was forced to look further afield. I came across Bart and immediately felt comfortable that we were both on the same page preferring an outcome, instead of an engagement = years of fees! Bart felt he could have the whole thing resolved within 3 months, it took 4. My fees are a fraction of what my x paid. Both Bart and I wanted mediation. I could have dragged the process out for years, in an effort to gain extra $’s. However I preferred to get on with my life. Money doesn’t bring you happiness! Your health and well-being are far more important, holding onto the past and feeling aggrieved will only cause you sleepless nights, poor health and bitterness. Being happy and moving on with your life is so much more fun 🤩 .

One tip, try to use the mobile number provided to text about the service that you’re seeking and they will get back to you ASAP.
