I feel completely cheated by this school. I was so excited to learn French and chose this school based on the promises made by their admissions advisor. They assured me of a specific class time and group.
The reality was a harsh shock. I was dumped into a different batch at a time I never agreed to. My work schedule simply doesn't allow for it. The dream of learning French quickly turned into a nightmare of chasing down unresponsive administrators.
Every time I call, I get the same response: "We are looking into it, please allow us 24 hours." After a week of this, it's now "give us a few days." They are not looking into anything; they are waiting for me to give up.
They have my money, and I have nothing in return—not the class I paid for, not a solution, and not even the basic decency of a straightforward refund. Save yourself the heartache and money. This institution is not trustworthy.
