I've received two major services from Jaguar - a heat pump/hvac system installation and a fireplace insert installation. In both instances, the service people were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is true of those who came to my house and also those in the office. I can confidently recommend Jaguar.

Technician (Julio) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. I have had other companies come out to do an AC "tune up" but those were clearly just sales calls. No pushiness and greatly appreciated. $79 was quite a deal. Where is the button for 10,000 stars...seems to cap out at five :)

Just had my fall service. Peter bell was the technician. Could not have been a better guy for the job. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The tech arrived early and was ready to go onto the roof to check the AC. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the right part to install hopefully tomorrow. Jaguar is the only HVAC repair company that I trust to arrive on time and perform repairs. The big 3 that advertise on TV have never shown up for me, whereas Jaguar has been excellent every time I have needed my HVAC serviced. They earn their 5 stars!
