I sure hope they clean windows with an attitude better than their driving attitude. Today was a very poor attitude to include the middle finger, in a merge lane, where the driver was in the wrong. Their professionalism on the road is very poor, and you do not always have to be first.......unless of course you don't care. Please do better!!!!!

Good value. I had to let the cleaner know about water spots he left from his solution. He went back and took care of those spots,but some windows still had them. Overall, they did a good job
Brenden cleaned my windows on the outside and did a great job! They had never been professionally cleaned and were really dirty. Now they look great and the price was a lot cheaper than other companies posted online. So happy. Will use again.

Quick Appointment, Great Communication, Arrived on Time, Professional and Friendly! We needed a quick window/screen cleaning for our home near Woodmoor in Monument. We recently listed our home for sale and photos were happening in a few days. I found Jacob's ladder when I googled top rated window cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised for how reasonable it was! We will use them again for our next home and will refer to friends and family!! Wish I had used them sooner as the windows now sparkle and let the sunshine and beautiful outdoor views in! Very easy to work with. I called and they were able to give me a virtual quote which saved me the time scheduling an in-person visit like the other 2 companies I got quotes from. They also ended up being significantly more affordable and getting scheduled wasnt a problem. Service day was on time with great communication. They texted me that morning to confirm the specific arrival time within the window given. It started raining towards the end of the appointment, but they guarantee their work and said if I find any discrepancies when everything dried, they can come back to fix any concerns I have. I'd definitely use them again or recommend them.
