Jacob Law were an absolute pleasure to deal with, specifically our case manager Simon Molloy. The things people usually complain about their solicitors about, Jacob Law had completed essentially immediately. We had several issues with our mortgage broker which delayed the house purchase by weeks. We even nearly lost the house and Simon really helped chase things for us and get things moving so we could proceed with the sale. Can't recommended Jacob Law enough and if we ever buy or sell again we will definitely be using them!

We were referred to Jacob Law by our mortgage broker, and later realised that many of the other buyers in our development had chosen them as well. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. Our case manager, Marta, has been exceptional throughout the entire process. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of her. She answered every question we had, and there were plenty of them, with patience, clarity, and an impressive level of detail. Every stage of the purchase was handled professionally, and she always made sure we understood exactly where we were in the process and what the next steps would be. What really stood out was the communication. Speaking with other buyers in the same development, we realised that many were receiving vague updates or were often left unsure about what stage they had reached. We had the complete opposite experience with Jacob Law, which made the whole process far less stressful. If we ever need a solicitor again, we won't hesitate to come back to Jacob Law. Communication throughout the transaction was good, and I appreciated the responsiveness. However, despite this, I was left with the impression that my interests may not have been adequately protected during one of the most important financial decisions of my life. I expected not only clear communication, but also to feel confident that my interests were being looked after and that I could have complete trust in the advice I received. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and the situation caused me considerable stress. For these reasons, I personally cannot recommend this firm. This review reflects my own experience and perspective.
