Jackrabbit is the best car service I’ve ever used! Management is excellent and so responsive!, all of the drivers are excellent and always on time! I just came in on a flight last night and was majorly delayed due to customs/immigration; and Kenny (our driver) texted us and reassured us that he would wait as long as it took to get us home! You can book on line and you get quotes and confirmations within moments! I love everything about JackRabbit Limo! 7/16/25 Yet another great airport transfer with JackRabbit! Saeed was on time and so awesome! Jackrabbit staff are always so helpful! I get confirmation emails and reminders along the way; and the drivers text as soon as your flight lands to let you know they are waiting for you! I love everything about this company and I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Rob was a phenomenal driver. Showed up on time, was kind, allowed us to control music, and got us everywhere efficiently but safely. However, the company that hired him to drive, Long Island Wine Tours was totally ridiculous and we ran into a number of issues. They guaranteed a reservation and tasting at 3 wineries/vineyards and failed to mention the 3rd location wasn't actually a winery or a vineyard, but a wine stand at a location other than the vineyard that did not offer tastings nor reservations. After speaking to the manager and owner, they said that Antoine had done this on 3 other occasions and they are currently sending him a Cease and Desist based on their experience with him in the past. When I called him to discuss a refund, he tried to pin the entire issue on me and claimed he had communicated that clearly previously which he had not. Once he realized I was not drunk and very serious. He then offered me a refund which wasn't initially equivalent to what only visiting 2 of 3 vineyards would have cost. He then hung up on me and only, finally, offered me a fair refund after I called back. He then tried to accuse me of taking too much time after only reserving the driver until 5p. I kindly told him that if we actually had a reservation at our 3rd location as initially promised, we would have made the time originally agreed upon. He then, "forgave" our time and made a point of saying the extra hour and a half would be taken care of by the company. This was a very clear example of a man trying to take advantage of naive, drunk women who happened to not be near as drunk or naive as he hoped. I do not recommend using Long Island Wine Tours at all. I give this review 2 stars only due to the fact that the driver they hired who was not affiliated with their company was so kind.
