Absolutely superb! I cannot fault Jamie and Aaron for their professionalism and hard work. Punctual and got the job done in the scorching heat. They didnt stop until it was finished. Jamie is very friendly and helpful. They left the work area cleaner than it was before! :-) I can definitely recommend them without doubt.

The personification of good customer service. I text today with a few photos of cladding on a water pipe in my loft, concerned that it might be asbestos. Received a phone call a few hours later with a clear explanation and the instruction that it was fine and I didn't need his services. How many other companies would take the time to do that? Suffice to say if I ever do need asbestos services, I know immediately who I'm going to call.

I submitted a quote request and received a call just a couple of hours later to confirm and book the job in. Like others here I had an excellent experience working with Jamie. I found him via Google and the reviews here reflect my exprience. He was efficient in evaluating my flat and testing for asbestos. He later removed the floor bakelite tiles. He has done an extremely thorough job with minimum fuss. The costs was competitive and entirely reasonable. Absolutely exceptional service Floor tiles tested positive for asbestos so had a phone conversation with J&A which put my mind at ease, Jamie ran through all of the different options and gave a quote for each. Jamie and Alfie did an incredible job of removing the tiles and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Having worked with other companies, I can safely say that J&A is by far the best, with exceptional communication and is by far the most affordable. Could not recommend them enough!
