Matt has been brilliant. We used him for a bed bug issue at our business. We have then taken him on as our full pest control company with quarterly visits. Matt is thorough, very accommodating to working around our business and has a really nice nature. He is also competitively priced. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, really well explained and a written report after each visit. They treated 5 neighbouring properties for rat problems that were affecting all our back yards. If we get a recurrence we will use them again.

I engaged with Matt a few weeks ago due to a suspected recurrence of a squirrel in a void space in a ground floor extension. Matt was able to attend on the same day I contacted him and undertook a comprehensive survey of the property. I had previous used another pest control team who were also very good but not as local as Matt. Matt's initial assessment was that it was unlikely to be a squirrel due to the proofing that had already been undertaken to my property. He installed 2 motion sensitive wireless cameras to enable us to gather further data. The camera's did reveal the presence of a rodent in the void space. In order to gain conclusive data, Matt recommended installation of a loft hatch and worked with a local contractor to complete this task. The increased access enabled us to confirm the presence of mice. Various tactics were deployed to further proof potential access points around the outside of the house and traps were deployed in various places in my property. Matt checked the traps on a weekly basis over 2-3 weeks and It appears that my issue has gone away. The key points that I would like to highlight regarding the service Matt provided are: 1. Always prompt and attends on the day / time he commits 2. Has the latest technology and equipment for monitoring 3. Provides clear instructions and rationale for proofing strategy 4. Very polite and clear communication 5. Competitively priced 6. He checked other areas of the house even though we did not think that we had issues on those areas If I have further pest control issues, I will be reverting to Matt and have no hesitation in recommending him.

I called IX5 as we had a rodent in our office roof space and Matt attended within 2 hours. The rodent was removed and suggestions given of what to do to prevent a further occurance. Excellent service all round
