Couldn't recommend enough
iX5 completed a bee nest removal at one of our tenanted properties. They were thorough and transparent from the moment of originally issuing our enquiry right up to the completion of the works. We were kept up to date at all times with the procedure and status of the works and given multiple options with their equivalent costs to ensure we chose a service that suited our operational needs. They were polite and kind with our tenants and updated the wider neighbourhood about what was going on to reduce risk of distress or complaints that could possibly occur due to the nature of their works. Ensuring of course that safety was forefront of their work and making sure anyone in the neighbourhood who potentially had an allergy to bees was informed so they could make themselves safe at the time the works were carried out. Matt, the director was professional and informative throughout the whole process and it was a genuinely pleasant service to receive. I would highly recommend for both private or business use.

Impressed by the efficient way in which our wasps nest in the garden was dealt with. Gareth the technician dug out the wasps nest from the garden, leaving no trace of it and before leaving explained to me what he had found and how long we should avoid the area while the remaining stragglers were around. Impressive service thank you.

Called the team at iX5 on a Sunday and got through to a helpful member of staff that put me onto Matt. Great communication with Matt to explain our problem and share photos via WhatsApp. Matt arranged to come out as soon as possible and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Matt was able to treat our wasps nest on the same day. Thank you for your quick response and great quality service

Great service. Came out next day and did an inspection for pests. It was thorough, reasonably priced and they gave great advice on the day.

Having ‘painfully’ tried to personally evict some wasps from two nests in the eaves of our bungalow, (yes I got stung!), I called iX-5
A visit ensued from Matt who unsurprisingly dressed in much better protection than I had used and both nests were successfully treated within an hour.
Great service from a professional company from start to finish and would have no hesitation in recommending their service.
