I recently purchased a new car and I’m big on the care of my paint and interior. I was looking online and saw iwash. I’ve passed by this place over 100 times and decided to take the time to try it and was blown away by it and its convenience. I was out late and my first wash was at 11:00pm! That’s great knowing it is 24/7 with solid quality . The other amities such as free vacuum , car sent, etc are at the customers reach as well. The vacuum was one of the most powerful I’ve ever used. Andi took the time to explain to me over the weekend on the phone the details of how it all works and I’m grateful she took the time . The staff seems to be very down to earth and local which I strive to support local over commercial if I can. I will definitely be returning. It’s close to me , ease of use and the quality to come with it . !!

I was passing through Nashville and my car was filthy from the winter storm I had passed through. I had a bike attached to my car so I called Iwash to see if I could run my car through with the bike. Andi took my phone call and was not sure, so she called maintenance to find the answer and got right back to me. The answer was yes I could go through the touchlesss wash. Andi's follow up skills and service is something that you see less often these days. I was impressed. I went to the car wash and it was the best! I will definitely return on my way back through Nashville. THANK YOU ANDI FOR YOUR EXCELLENCE TO SERVICE!

(Edit): I spoke too soon before speaking to the owner and they were very nice about everything including getting a refund! Their customer service is wonderful.) I tried to get my money back because i needed one extra dollar, but the machine wouldn’t give me my $14 back! I originally tried to get the $15 dollar wash, but I miscounted my money before inserted it and when I tried to get my money back, the machine refused and wouldn’t let me cancel.

This is the best car wash in the Nashville area! I have been coming here for 2 years and had the pleasure of meeting George, the owner, this morning. He was so friendly and made sure I knew about all the free things I could use- prewash, vacuums, scents, etc. I have used the touchless car wash and vacuums with complete satisfaction each time! I could not recommend more!

I came here after going to take5 car wash because at take5 their car wash left tons of dirt on the car and the management said it wasn’t coming off. Went to Iwash, used the scrubber and the prewash and the car came out perfectly clean. It was also $6 less expensive than the car wash at take5.
