The BEST Baker in Austin for Special Events (Megha Mehta/It Sprinkles) Working with Megha Mehta and It Sprinkles was absolutely the best decision we made for our daughter's first birthday—they are genuinely the best bakers in Austin! I only gave Megha our Barbie theme and a guest count, and she took that simple request and transformed it into a stunning, multi-cake strategy so everyone could enjoy both the incredible visual beauty and the taste, regardless of dietary needs. It was much more than a cake; it was a full dessert experience! She created a magnificent Mango Vanilla Barbie Dream Cake for our centerpiece—it was shaped like a marvelous, magnificent dress, and it was stunning and tasted even better. She also did a thoughtful Pineapple Vanilla Vegan Deco Cake featuring a detailed Barbie House scene, and honestly, it was so incredibly delicious that no one could tell it was vegan! Megha was incredibly thoughtful and creative in helping me with this cake. I felt so heard and safe because of the time and care she took with my severe food allergies. I sent her inspiration for the cake as well as flavors I like and she created a wonderful mix between tiramisu, chocolate cake, and strawberry filling. Megha made a delicious, moist mango anniversary cake for my in laws. It was a huge hit with everyone. It looked elegant and beautiful with the flowers and intricate decorations. The biggest thing was that our group had multiple dietary restrictions and Megha was willing and able to work with all of them, and to produce a flavorful and tasty cake working within our restrictions. She was so accommodating and communicated well to ensure we got everything we wanted. I would highly recommend her!
