My friend wanted a gold Cuban link chain as his birthday present, so we came here to explore our options and were so impressed by their inventory. So many options to choose from and the prices are amazing!! We got him a very nice solid chain that will definitely hold value in the future.
The reason I went with "It's Hot" is, not only they had the ring I wanted, but at a great price, & bc they answered my questions in great detail. I could tell this was not an auto generated email. This is my second purchase from ItsHot. I purchased a black diamond bracelet. I love it so much! The quality, craftsmanship is beautiful, high quality and sturdy. The jewelry & prices are top notch. The item was returned immediately due to my not liking the product. In the process of wearing the item for a few minutes, the very small white tag came unglued. I placed the tag back on the watch however the "glue" backing did not secure the tag.
After requesting a refund, the Company denied a refund due to the fact that I "cut" the tag from the item.
1. I have a picture of the returned item with the item back in place
2. IF, the tag was removed manually (it was not) what Company
refuses a refund over a 1/4 inch tag removal.
This is obviously a scam by this Company to keep any monies received. I was offered a credit for the merchandise and I will now be forced to do business with a shady Company. Beware!!!

3. even though this liar cut the tag and wore the watch we still offered a store credit.
4. he tried to do the same trick in 2024 as I see another order returned for no reason.
We do not appreciate when customers or anybody lies. If you want to get an item and wear it for an outing, please do not place an order with us.
To to Billy Wolf: Work hard, get the funds to own the item, or find a company that rents the items if you don't have the funds and just need it for an event and then lie and try to wrongfully accuse the company of shady business.
We have been in business since 2005, with actual location in NYC, we do honest business and work hard, provide great prices to our customers, and we will not entertain those who want to get our products, wear them for an event and try to return them.

I just received my cross. Less than a week start to finish. All I can say is WOW! Cross was even more than I expected. The jewelry box it came in lit up. Presentation and quality blew me away.
